I'm happy to help!

I really, really want you to be thrilled with your purchase! I know that you have a lot of choices out there, and I want to make your experience with me the best it can be.

If you are not completely happy, please email me at kathy@shoptwoblue.com within 30 days of delivery, and I will personally help you with your return. You can also reach me via my contact page.

I offer refunds for unwashed, unworn, and unused items, with all tags attached.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a free USPS shipping label via email. Simply repackage your item, attach the label, and drop it any mailbox. The returned item must be scanned on its way back to me within 35 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued on the card used to purchase once I receive your returned merchandise. Credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement. If you used a gift card and a credit card to complete your purchase, the gift card will be refunded first.

I reserve the right to refuse a return and refund if the item has been visibly worn, altered, or damaged.

All sale items, jewelry, bodysuits, and gift cards are final sale and not returnable.

I ship all orders within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped from my warehouse in northern Virginia, right outside of Washington, DC. Order are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

If an item or size you want is out of stock, please choose the size you'd like on the product page, and click the 'Notify Me When Available' button. I'll send you an email if the item is restocked!

I ship my orders very quickly! But if you need to edit your order, please email me at kathy@shoptwoblue.com right away and let me know. I will do my best to help you. I cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.

I accept all major credit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay, and Venmo.

At this time I only ship within the US and Canada.
